Created by Laurence and Benoit Bateman, this new wine and olive oil estate produces excellent wines and olive oils. Sharing, pleasure, high standards and respect for nature are the fundamental values here. As if suspended from the hill, bordered by vines and olive trees, the tasting cellar opens its doors to you for a discovery of its wines and oil. You will appreciate this tasting, between the panoramic view of the nature and the cellars. Between tradition and modernity, awaken your senses.

The Alpilles region, stony, bathed in sunshine and swept by the Mistral, is ideal for growing vines and olive trees. Characterised by this terroir, our AOP Les Baux-de-Provence and IGP Alpilles wines are available in 3 collections. Whites, rosés and reds can thus accompany any moment.

The olive grove flourishes at the foot of the cellar. With the characteristic varieties of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence PDO, the oil of the Métifiot estate is delicate, its ardour controlled with flavours of hay, artichoke and tomato. Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine.

Come and discover this young estate, in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, not far from the archaeological site of Glanum and the Saint-Paul cloister where Vincent van Gogh stayed.
