Château Olive et Raisin, new “food” address in Fontaine de Vaucluse

Open since the beginning of August, we were eager to test this new stylish and modern address with refined cuisine for you. We tell you about it!

A warm welcome

It is a young and dynamic team that welcomes us (with a smile!) and set us up at our table by the water. We particularly appreciate the moment because the service is neat and fast.

Jeanne, the room manager of Château Olive & Raisin, confides to us: “We pay particular attention to the reception of our customers. Put them in good conditions so that they enjoy every moment and every flavor that we want to offer them”.

A spacious and modern room

For us, it will therefore be a table in the glass roof with a view overlooking the Sorgue and the village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. A very nice setting!

It is also possible to sit outside, on the terrace, to enjoy sunny days and occasionally a concert with local artists.

A modern and refined decoration where conviviality is at the rendezvous! A clever alchemy both by the layout of the premises and by the content of the plate.

Home-made cuisine

It all starts with an explosive cocktail! Served chilled it is a real delight, especially in heatwave weather! All accompanied by socca chips and a few tapenades (which were offered).
Guarantee of quality requires, there are only 3 proposals per starter, main course and dessert. Château Olive and Grape prioritizes quality and local products... Thus, the card changes every month. For my part, I enjoyed a trout from La Sorgue, it was delightfully sensas'!

The dishes are an explosion of freshness and original.

A grocery store and a wine cellar

Before leaving, we invite you to discover the wine cellar and the Olive and Raisin grocery store.
Very nice wine cellar with an exhaustive list of regional wines. To discover among others, renowned domains such as: the Domaine de Fondrèche and the Domaine de la Crillonne, in the Ventoux appellation. But also, Château la Canorgue and Château la Verrerie in the Luberon appellation.

Or, let yourself be tempted by the Augusta cuvée in rosé from Domaine Léos in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Patrick Bruel's estate.

A grocery store very well stocked with local products. You will find honey, olive oil, sardines, etc. Discover the flavors of Provence! If you want to taste the right products from the grocery store, we look forward to seeing you in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue at Olive et Raisin.

Our opinion, in short: Château Olive et Raisin is an elegant restaurant where you can eat well with a good quality/price ratio. The dishes are worked as much in terms of presentation as taste. Not to mention the wonderful setting, in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse!
