Antony, the manager of the Philéas Club de L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue created a Christmas cocktail and shares his recipe.
Make a syrup of cloves, star anise and cinnamon. A homemade syrup: 50% water and 50% sugar and let the spices brew.
Bring the white wine to a boil.
In a coffee cup, mix 15 cl of white wine, 2 cl of syrup and 2 cl of vodka.
Decorate your glass with oranges and spices. Let yourself be tempted by its beautiful creation and reproduce it at home... Good tasting!
