Behind Miss'Isle, a brewer with a unique background: Master in water chemistry, former oenologist in Châteauneuf-du-Pape for ten years and graduated in zythology. This technical expertise is combined with a true culture of taste, nourished by a background in high gastronomy. The result: precise, balanced recipes that are always oriented towards the pleasure of tasting.

Over the past several years, more than fifty recipes have been developed, testifying to constant work on styles, aromas and the quality of raw materials.

The Miss'Isle range offers various expressions of craft beer: blond, brown, IPA and ephemeral creations depending on the inspiration and the seasons. Each recipe is developed with attention to detail, both in terms of the aromatic structure and the fineness of the balances.
