Completely renovated and decorated in a zen and bohemian spirit, bathed in light, the house will let you enjoy a calm environment on the banks of the Sorgue. On one level with the large terrace including pool and spa, the house is designed for disabled access.

Located 20 minutes' walk from the center of L'Isle sur la Sorgue, the house comprises :
- an entrance hall opening onto the kitchen and living room, with a view of the olive grove,
- a large, fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden: 2 conventional ovens, 1 microwave, an American fridge, a wine cellar, a dishwasher, an induction hob with centralized extraction, and all small appliances (food processor, Nespresso coffee maker, Delonghi grinder, deep fryer, toaster, etc.),
- a living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with a large Mah Jong sofa, a Focus hanging fireplace and a large 75-inch flat-screen TV,
- a study/library equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa (for children or pre-teens),
- a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, sink, 2 work surfaces, plenty of storage space and a towel dryer,
- a small fitness room with bike, small weight bench and 55" flat-screen TV,
- a master suite opening onto the terrace and garden, with a 280 x 200 double bed (in fact, 2 x 140 x 200), a large independent dressing room, and a spacious bathroom: 2 basins, a large walk-in shower, an island bath, a toilet and 2 towel radiators,
- a bedroom with 2 beds (100 x 200), separable or not, a closet with shelves and hanging space, a small desk, a small 31-inch TV, and a bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, WC and towel radiator,
- separate WC.

Completely enclosed and landscaped, along the banks of the Sorgue River, the garden offers several areas for relaxation, to be used as you wish.
First of all, a large 120 m² terrace on the same level as the house, partly shaded by coconut-fiber shades, incorporating a heated swimming pool with 2 fountains and a built-in Nordic spa. The terrace is furnished with a large modular corner sofa, a large table, 4 deckchairs, 2 hammocks, 4 teak armchairs, a brazier (wood or charcoal) and an electric plancha. The pool is salt-treated and secured by an immersed roller shutter.
Next, a 10 m² pontoon terrace overlooking La Sorgue, where you can relax or eat under the trees, in the company of ducks, moorhens, fish and, if you're patient and discreet, squirrels.
Finally, there's a vegetable garden with aromatic plants and fruit trees (fig, apricot, vine, apple...), raspberry and strawberry bushes... And, of course, you'll be able to taste all the ripe fruit while you're there. For the record, from one corner of the kitchen garden, you can see Mont Ventoux in the distance.

The house is designed for 4 adults, plus 2 children (sofa bed in the study), plus a baby (cot, high chair and bath provided).
