Ideally located just 800 meters from shops and the famous Partage des Eaux, this semi-detached house welcomes you to a peaceful residential area, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is nicknamed 'Venice Provençale', numerous antique shops and decoration shops line the Sorgue, its Sunday market is famous.
All around, the villages of Velleron, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Saumane, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse are waiting to be discovered!

On one level, the house can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms (2 90x200cm beds and 1 160x200cm bed), one of which has a ceiling fan and a third small bedroom equipped with a 140x190cm sofa bed. The bathroom with WC is specially equipped to accommodate a person with reduced mobility, as well as the width of the doors throughout the house.

You will enjoy an air-conditioned living room with an open, functional and well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher...). A ceiling fan is also installed in the living room above the dining table for optimal comfort in summer. A pellet stove is available for cooler periods. The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the 2nd courtyard. The wooden shutters in the house are equipped with an electric opening/closing system.

Outside, 2 very distinct spaces:

  • A gravelled courtyard with covered terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars (electric gate).
  • A second wooded courtyard, with garden furniture and drying room.

Animals are welcome with mandatory droppings collected.
A garage with electric door for your bikes, with washing machine and freezer is at your disposal.

Additional services: sheets, towels, heating, end of stay cleaning.
