La Confidence is an unusual restaurant in the center of L'Isle sur la Sorgue where the cozy and friendly atmosphere will allow you to spend excellent moments around culinary preparations for trips filled with the flavors of today and the past.
The natural stone (13th century establishment), the ambient lights, the large mirrors bring a secret and warmth of yesteryear. A patio where it is good to sit and relax around a few plates and selected wines. Glen, the owner of this unusual place, welcomes you as if you were at home as friends and will surprise you with these original and adapted recipes.
It is also a favorite place for a “musical ox”, the Zikos are welcome!
