La Ferme du Colibri stands proudly at the foot of the hill of Château de Thouzon, in the village of Thor. Founded in 2012, the farm extends over 1.5 hectares of fertile land, where nature and agriculture coexist in perfect harmony.

At La Ferme du Colibri, you will find a unique agroforestry system, carefully combining market gardening with fruit trees. Inspired by ancestral principles, they are reinventing an innovative permaculture model, where each tree planted plays a crucial role in the balance of our agricultural ecosystem. Their approach aims to create a perfect symbiosis between trees and annual crops, thus promoting rich and sustainable biodiversity.
