The Le Flanker shop, on the church square overlooking the magnificent Notre Dame des Anges Collegiate Church, invites you to come and taste (from May 15 to October 15, you can also have lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday noon) the famous Kintoa ham, duck breast filled with foie gras and all the salting of the ambassador and Basque pig farmer Pierre Oteiza. You will sit in cabriolet chairs purchased at our antique shop, the identity of L'Isle/Sorgue, in order to give yourself a real moment of happiness while enjoying charcuterie platters, salads, tapas, sardines with Espellette peppers, pure wonders of the Basque Country.
