Chef Romain Gandolphe, who has worked with Thierry Marx, Philippe Labbé and Bernard Roth, has put together a menu that's not only creative but also tasty, sensitive and even playful! His cuisine gives pride of place to delicacy and fresh regional products.

Alongside the excellent cuisine, sommelier and assistant manager Antoine Santini, a former member of Edouard Loubet's team in Bonnieux, meticulously selects the wines for the cellar. He will be thrilled to help you explore some of the 300-plus entries on the wine list. Some come from France and many come from elsewhere; some are well-known, while others will be new to you.
