The history of a unique place
A charming 3-star hotel and restaurant, the Mas de Cure Bourse, a 17th century post office, is an authentic Provençal farmhouse at the gateway to Luberon, a stone's throw from Isle sur la Sorgue, the city of antique shops nicknamed Little Venice. It is located in the countryside surrounded by orchards. Here time is suspended, nature commands for our greatest well-being. The birds sing loudly and the chef makes do with the neighbor's crops.

The chef, Arnaud GUYET, selects the best products from Provence. Its deliberately reduced menu evolves with the seasons. His cuisine is fundamentally classical because of his teachings, constantly reinvented by his youth and passion, sometimes with a few returns to the bourgeois style because it is good to remember.
