Miaam is a dairy farm located in Isle sur la Sorgue in Vaucluse. Cow milk is transformed into delicious ice cream!
The genius of this project lies in the manufacture of the products. Florian Couchet doesn't just make delicious ice cream. It goes further. He puts his entire history into the MIAAM company. The son of a farmer, he decided to buy 4 cows from the family business in Burgundy to pamper them in Isle-sur-la Sorgue. He harvests their milk and thanks to his creativity he offers a range of homemade ice creams. Certainly the seed comes from Florian COUCHET, his genes, his DNA, but for a plant to grow, it needs love. It is a natural fertilizer that strengthens the root system and allows the plant to cross the seasons! It's what we'll give to our animals, our products, and our customers.
Miaam is committed to manufacturing quality products with strong values. Short circuit, eco-friendly, healthy products! To do this, they master the entire manufacturing chain from A to Z and produce their ice creams from the milk of the 4 cows: PANNACOTTA, PROMESSE, ROULOTTE & REVOLTÉE.
More than 60% of the ingredients used in ice cream recipes are produced on the farm (milk and cream), which is why they are called “farm ice cream”.
