Sweets from Provence

In the heart of Provence, this charming artisan shop offers a unique taste experience through its handmade confections: cookies, confectionery and delicatessen products.

A true local treasure, this shop is a reflection of the authenticity and traditional know-how of the region. As you walk through its doors, you are immediately enveloped by the enchanting aromas emanating from its sweets, each one telling a unique story, that of the skilful hands who made it with passion and dedication.

The cookies offered are of a wide variety, ranging from the classic Provençal shuttles with the sweet scent of orange blossom to almond crunches, not to mention the shortbreads with candied fruit inclusions that evoke the sunny landscapes and fields of fruit trees of the region.
Each cookie is an invitation to rediscover the flavors of yesteryear, those that evoke snacks at grandparents' house or village festivals under the sun of Provence.

As for the confectionery, they are just as exquisite and varied, highlighting fruits and local products. Calissons, these sweets from Provence combining almonds and candied melons, rub shoulders with fruit pastes brimming with natural flavors, candied fruits carefully made by our artisan in Apt, the capital of candied fruits, and tender nougats, combining almonds and lavender honey, emblematic of our land of Provence. When the end of year and Easter holidays arrive, the fondants of our ancestors also return, reviving your childhood memories.

For the pleasure of the most refined palates, come and discover their chocolates: a wide range of thistles in liqueur without forgetting the iconic Papaline d'Avignon but also candied fruits coated in fine chocolate. Or, fall in love with the melting pavers of our city for a moment of extra softness!

Not to mention the savory corner, which is full of daring little nuggets to spread on toast at aperitif time or terrines and mustards for a picnic on the banks of the Sorgue. A glass of vinegar arranged with delicious scents to accommodate salad, fresh cheese, tomatoes...

Visiting this shop means taking a sensory journey to the heart of Provence, a region where culinary traditions are lived and shared with generosity and conviviality.
