For 3 seasons already, the Rocher Mistral Park has amazed visitors with its historical shows and activities for young and old.
Enjoy an authentic moment in the heart of La Barben Castle, near Salon de Provence, less than 45 minutes from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

When we arrived, the scene was set with dozens of hundred-year-old plane trees, an emblematic atmosphere of village squares in Provence. Then, the impressive historical monument (completely restored) is placed majestically on its rocky peak and has observed Provence for almost 1000 years. In this incredible place, knights and princesses, peasants and lords, sailors and monks, embodied by the park's stuntmen, actors and dancers, day and night, now live side by side.

Every weekend, the Rocher Mistral offers its visitors an original Dinner & Shows package that will open the doors of the castle for you at 18:30 to discover “The Quest of the Builders” and “The Breath of Provence”.
Two 360° video frescoes in the castle's vaulted galleries: the first will plunge you into the life of the monks of Saint Victor Abbey in Marseille in the year 1000. These monks owned La Barben Castle at the time. With the second, you will fly over Provence from the sky above the most majestic sites in the region.
Dinner is then served at the Auberge Daudet. This restaurant, located in the former stables of the castle and completely restored for the occasion, will not leave you indifferent. On the terrace or in its vaulted room, under old wooden mill wings, you will experience a timeless moment. Auberge Daudet offers a menu with Provençal flavors to delight the taste buds of children and parents.
At nightfall, it is in the castle's French-style gardens, attributed to André Le Nôtre, Louis XIV's famous gardener, that the magic continues. Two nocturnal shows are offered by the Rocher Mistral: “Louis XIV, the fairy tales of Le Nôtre gardens” on Saturdays and “Napoleon: the Eagle and the Muse” on Fridays.

“Louis XIV and the fairytales of Le Nôtre gardens” will transport you to a grand ball organized by the King, in the presence of André Le Nôtre and all the great artists and lords of Provence. A suspended moment during which dancers and stuntmen evolve in a universe marked by lasers, water games, smoke and video projection on the ramparts of the castle. An escape where History and the imaginary mingle subtly. A unique creation in an exceptional place.
“Napoleon: The Eagle and the Muse” revives the Napoleonic epic in its most glorious and fragile. This show is a majestic sound and light in which Pauline Borghese, the emperor's sister, tells the story of her brother's life. Because Pauline knows the castle of La Barben well because she had a forbidden love there with Auguste de Forbin, owner of the monument at the time. “Napoleon: the Eagle and the Muse” brings the ramparts of the castle to life, thanks to video mapping. From Corsica, to Elba Island, via Austerlitz, we find all the panache and tugs of Napoleon in this tailor-made show.

The Rocher Mistral dinner shows are offered at the price of 46€ for adults and 29€ for children. A PLATE+DESSERT formula is offered (3 possible choices — excluding drinks). It is recommended to enjoy “The Quest of the Builders” and the “Souffle of Provence” from 18:30 to 19:30 and then have dinner around 19:30. The nighttime show starts at 21:30.
Le Rocher Mistral also offers numerous shows and entertainment during the day for the delight of families.
