At Isle sur la Sorgue Tourisme, we invite you to our table for these few lines to discover a complete menu, from aperitif to dessert, that celebrates the unique flavors of authentic Provence. It's time to sit down at the table!
Unmissable, located at the Bouigas basin in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Les Délices du Luberon is above all a summary of Provence in a shop steeped in history. Since 1970, this family home has been offering Provençal specialties to be enjoyed in all seasons. From homemade tapenade, to oils, seafood or the truffle range, you will find everything you need for an aperitif for adults and small gourmets.

This year, leave foie gras behind and make way for seafood! For these few lines only, we decided to go outside our perimeter, after all, the sea is only a few kilometers to the south. Head for the oysters and mussels in Bouzigues! Daily arrival during this period for absolute freshness. Hot, au gratin or raw versions, these shellfish selected by Maison Thellier are an added value to start your holiday meal.

This year, it's decided, we dare to play trout! The Meyer house, located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, offers a variety of trout, fish that can be found in our Sorgue river. These incredibly pure waters, whose source is none other than Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, are recognized for their rich biodiversity, of which brown trout is a major part. A smoked version, gravlax, cooked or even raw, its coral color, reminiscent of that of salmon, is fine, subtle and tasty. As a side dish, is it still useful to highlight our winter vegetables, which are pampered in and around L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue? In the gratin, in the wok or just in the oven, our full-size vegetable garden is within easy reach, on our farms or at our markets.

Going to number 10 rue Carnot means giving yourself a moment of pleasure and discovery of the regions of France. For this article, we will be selling all the delights of the Provençal goats that will reign supreme on your holiday platters. Soft, light or more full-bodied depending on the aging process, all the choices are available to you here. On a goat with a pronounced taste, we suggest pairing it with a red from the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages-Gadagne appellation. On the other hand, for a goat with a subtle taste, a white wine from the Luberon appellation, perhaps, an ideal one.

We think about the sweetness of a Christmas dessert all year round! This symbolic moment that we know how to highlight so well in Provence with our 13 desserts, their scents and flavors, which makes us smile and immerses us in our childhood memories. At this address, you will discover the sweetness and creaminess of TroProvençale, a delicious, light orange blossom brioche topped with a tasty vanilla chiffon cream, to be enjoyed according to your favorite raspberry, chocolate, chestnut cream, lemon or praline flavors.

10 minutes from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, there is a vineyard under the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages-Gadagne appellation, which holds great promise. An incredible quality/price ratio, for a wide range of aromas in the mouth. For your food and wine pairings, head to one of the village's estates for a tasting and personalized advice from the winemaker in person. Available on various wines, the reds and whites of this appellation are an invitation to travel to Provence.

This menu is a celebration of the flavors and culinary traditions of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Provence, more broadly. By choosing local products, you not only enjoy delicious dishes, but you also show your support to producers and artisans in the region. Each dish is an ode to traditions and local products, promising an unforgettable meal for your guests.
