Pierre Salinger Museum

Located on the property that was his last home in Provence “La Bastide Rose”, the Pierre Salinger Museum traces the journey of an unusual man.

The museum presents souvenirs, photos, personal belongings, testimonies from Kennedy's spokesman journalist.

Pierre Salinger was the spokesperson for President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and then Senator from California. He has been a reporter and columnist for many magazines and TV stations around the world. The grandson of a French MP at the beginning of the century, Pierre Salinger remained very attached to France.
In winter, the museum presents its memories, photos, personal objects, testimonies of a life dedicated to journalism, political communication and his love of the United States and France. Visit by appointment outside the indicated opening periods. In summer, annual thematic exhibition.
